If you are overweight or obese, it is not uncommon to have tried diet plans that did not work. Often, the problem is not you. Most diet plans fail to explain the correct method to achieve success.

Similarly, for reversing weight gain and type 2 diabetes, it is essential to know the correct method first. For example, to reverse both, you need to burn off the fat that is coating your cells. Once the cell is again exposed, it is again capable of absorbing sugar and transporting it to your muscles to be used as energy.

To lose weight, your plan must bring you to the point of ketosis. Ketosis is where your body uses up all the sugar inside your body for fuel. Once all the sugar is used up, your body has no other source of fuel for energy and is forced to use your body fat for that purpose. As your body continues to burn up the fat, your weight drops. By this process, you can reduce to your optimal weight and acquire the physical shape and appearance you wish for.

It is important to know about the human body and how it works, as it is a finely-tuned machine. For example, when the body is deprived of food, it responds by preventing weight loss. In this way it perseveres itself. Similarly, if you go without water for a long period of time, the body will store water to prevent from dying of thirst.

Here is the catch. When you drink water, your body stores it, but as you continue to drink, it begins to release more and more water because it knows there is more water coming. Generally, when you drink water, the body stores much of it and you gain weight. When people notice this, they panic and stop drinking enough water, and guess what happens?  The body stores water.

I always tell people, when you drink water and your weight increases, don’t stop drinking water. Keep drinking and soon your body will begin to expel the stored water. This will contribute to rapid weight lost. This method, used in conjunction with our menu cycle, will make you lose up to 10 pounds a month. We recommend that you include our exercise routine with our weight loss plan in order to achieve these results.
